Made by and Cooley this triangular baseboard grill boasts a 3 3/4" projection at the bottom of the grill to cover those extra large holes in the floor. Item is completely open on the back and bottom of the grill (see spec. photo attached) allowing for coverage of holes on floor and wall. This baseboard grill is a duct opening on the wall of 14 x 8 and the overall faceplate size is 15 3/4" x 8 5/8". Be sure to measure the holes you are trying to cover not the old grill when selecting your replacement grills.
